We are a large family, 2 adults and 5 children, and we are taking family photos. We are planning to do take the photos outdoors at a park location. I want to find some creative ideas for taking standard family photos as well as photos for our Holiday Cards.
Where can I look for poses for taking family photos? I would also like to look at some other examples. Thanks!
Think about what describes your family, or your personalities. If you are an athletic family, maybe you want to add some soccer balls or basketballs. If you are a musical family, perhaps bringing some instruments into the photo would be fun? Hamming it up could be fun too, or picking a clothing theme. See if there are any other props you could use. Have fun!
I have just recently gotten started doing some photography on the side, but I need to come up with a good, creative, original name for my business. I specialize in baby and childhood photography. I have also taken a few family shots for people, but my focus is on children. Any ideas? The plain old name sound boring! LOL!

I am thinking about registering a business for photography and eventually opening up a studio. I love to shoot weddings, pregnancy, children, families, and boudoir. I am pretty much into every type of photography except nature and such... Basically portraits and weddings/engagement shots. If you have any creative business names, i would love to hear them!! Thanks so much in advance!!

Really the name doesn't matter so much. Keep it simple and easy to remember. Right now is a difficult time for many wedding photographers. The market is flooded with people who just got their new Canon Rebel and are venturing into the business. Most of those newbies won't be around too long. A few actually have the skill and savvy to make it. I would worry much more about my business plan and actual photography skills rather than naming an as of yet nonexistent company. Good luck.

I work in public broadcasting in central Pennsylvania, and my fiance works in pharmaceutical sales in northern New Jersey. It's tough to plan a wedding while living in different states, but we're making it work, and I can't wait to share our stories with EAD!
