That's gonna come with the territory. But that request is nothing compared to the media autrocities he's already perpetrated.
Fifteen years ago, Tom Liljenquist and two of his young sons found a civil war bullet in a park near their Virginia home. The find sparked an ...
im trying to find one that has good focus and could take good nightime pictures as well..if you have any ideas of what kind or where i could find one?
at this point, I think an advanced point and shoot camera is the camera for you - preferrable something with larger than average sensor.
The Canon Powershot G9 sounds good for you - it is the best pocket camera currently made by Canon, it takes good pictures and for sure you will not be disappointed with them. Their ability to shoot RAW and a hotshoe to attach an external flash will give you an edge on night shoot compared to regular point and shoot camera.
I wouldn't recommend a DSLR to you until you learn more about photography, or you can enroll into a photography class and get one. In this case, The Canon Digital Rebel XT or the Nikon D40 is a good way to start.
You're going to need to know about photography for a good night shoot however - and a good tripod.

We are a large family, 2 adults and 5 children, and we are taking family photos. We are planning to do take the photos outdoors at a park location. I want to find some creative ideas for taking standard family photos as well as photos for our Holiday Cards.
Where can I look for poses for taking family photos? I would also like to look at some other examples. Thanks!
Think about what describes your family, or your personalities. If you are an athletic family, maybe you want to add some soccer balls or basketballs. If you are a musical family, perhaps bringing some instruments into the photo would be fun? Hamming it up could be fun too, or picking a clothing theme. See if there are any other props you could use. Have fun!
I've got a great camera, wonderful fabric for backdrops but need idea for hanging backdrops on. Someone suggested a shower rod. But haven't a place to put it. Any other ideas or tips on starting would be great and well welcomed.
How about a good old fashioned projector screen. If your space is limited, it can be easily folded and stored. Attach your various backgrounds to the top of the screen with self stick velcro strips.

I am glad you stopped by to follow me on my journey. I am a photographer in Erie, PA. I love shooting pictures outside and I am always looking for more interesting places to use. I feel that when you look at a photograph it should say something to you. Not only should it represent the image you are trying to capture, but it should let the viewer feel the essence of the subject too! Photographs are art forms so every photographer has a different form they use that is evident in their pictures. I want my photos to be special to you. Something you will enjoy looking at time and time again. Thanks for stopping by!!
