I am looking for a Fish-eye lens for my fujifilm finepix S1500 camera or if there is not one available does anyone know of a reasonably priced digital fish-eye camera? Thank you!
If they made a digital fisheye camera you would have a choice but there an none at this time.
Your next option would be to an "add-on" fisheye effect lens that can be screwed on to the front of your S1500's lens if your lens has filter thread mounts. After checking the list of optional accessories for your camera the answer to that is no, it does does not have any optional lenses available.

If you want a true fisheye lens, you are going to have to move into a DSLR, however there is only one fisheye lens available for them, at least the entry level DSLR's, the Nikkor 10.5 mm fisheye. The cost for that lens and the entry level Nikon DSLR is in excess of $1,000 and my guess is you don't want anything with that quality.
This is a quick look at the FujiFilm FinePix S1500 :)
right now i have an average compact camera, and i want to get a more professional camera because i really want to get into phrotography. though im tight on money so would a Fujifilm FinePix S1500 be a good option? what are the pros and cons of it?
According to Photography Blog, however, while the S1500 "feels like a lot of camera for the money," it falls a bit short when it comes to image quality, and things seem to get particularly tricky if you're shooting in less than ideal conditions. somebody who owns one would probably be in a better position however...
its hard to get much better at 200$ however...

Different websites have said different things- many say it's an slr and many say it's an advanced point and shoot with slr like features.
I bought this the other day and it should be coming in the mail in a few days, hopefully!
Photo and video examples would be nice as well! Specifically portraits because that's what I'm mostly interested in. Macro mode photos as well.
Also, can you achieve a decent low depth of field photo with this camera?
The FujinS1500 is a fine superzoom point and shoot (bridge camera to some people). Image quality is very good, very good on batteries. Best thing about this camera is that most times it sells on line for $161+shipping in which you get manual controls for this price. Most times you can't find a $161- camera that has manual controls. If you're taking an action shot you can set shutter speed to say 1/500 of a second or 1/1000sec. To me 12X optical zoom is lots of
zoom, 10 megapixels.
So in answer to your question it's an advanced point and shoot, not a DSLR.
The only con I can think of is these type cameras have smaller sensors than a DSLR type camera, and therefore don't do well in low light without flash.
