Kodak Easyshare

Has anyone used the Kodak Easyshare program? I have yet to figure this program out or where my photos go to after I try to save them. They seem to disappear from the CD. Does anyone have any simplier ways of using this program (computer idiot here at times) or another program that might work as well. I got the program when I had some photos put on CD at CVS.

I hate Easyshare! One of the programs I use the most is Adobe PhotoDeluxe. Microsoft Picture It! is also good. If you're patient with learning new things, download The Gimp. It's a free program and is amazing.

To find your "lost" pictures, simply save them differently from EasyShare. Click on "save as", then send them to My Documents or My pictures.

I have a Kodak EasyShare Dig Cam M853 and when I put
my videos on to Kodak EasyShare it says that I can burn them to a DVD but I have bought three packs of RW DVDs but none have worked!!!!!!!!!! Its Says that have got to put in a record a bool DVD!!!!!!!!!! Please Tell Me What I Need To Get or Buy!!!!!!!

Well, first of all, I think EasyShare software just blows.

What you need is either the Roxio or Nero software. They allow you to upload your video, they convert it to DVD and burn it all in one click.

Most likely what's happening is that your video on your camera is not suitable for playback on a DVD player. It needs to be converted or "encoded" for dvd playback before burning to a DVD.

I have a Kodak easyshare C340 and how do I charge my rechargable batteries it came with I just got it yesterday and it does not say anything in the instructions. And if I dont I am going to return it because the non rechargable batteries don't work the camera keeps turning off. Please help. If you dont know what camera this is please dont answer

Did it come with a charger? You might need to buy a charger seperate, they sell for about $15. Hope it helps, enjoy your Kodak!

i had a kodak camera and downloaded the easyshare programme i got with it, but have since got a laptop, and dont have the disk anymore. am i able to download this programme again from their website? or do i need the disk i got with the camera?

you should be able to, but I recommend the Kodak Gallery program available at kodakgallery.com My boyfriend is tech support for Kodak and he prefers the Gallery program over the Easyshare.

Why is kodak easyshare only downloading half of my new pics, and saying the others are 'duplicates'? They are all brand new pics, and nothing is duplicated. The camera is a kodak easyshare M683, and I am using the usual software. The memory card is getting rather full, but this is the 1st time I have ever had a problem downloading!!

The software doesn't know if they are new pictures or not. It only knows that they have the same name. Try loading them into a different album. If that doesn't work, rename the 'duplicate' pictures on the computer. Then make sure that the camera will continue using the picture number instead of starting over at 0001.
