I just found myself a mint Konica Auto s3, with the Hexanon lens it comes with. I bought this because you can't remove the lens in my old Minolta. I see that the base of the lens is not attached to the body so I'm assuming it can come off, how do I do it without damaging it?
When I tried to remove the lens I stopped for fear of breaking it (could be 'sticky' from lack of use?)
THANK YOU IN ADVANCE =]
The S3 is a fixed lens rangefinder.
You'd have a problem if the lens DID come off.
Konica Hexanon 40 mm Pancake lens installed on a Lumix GF1 with "hacked" firmware (GF13). 75 mbit/s 4:2:2 m-jpeg at 30p, 40 mbit/s AVCHD ...
This first one is Konica Hexanon AR 50mm f1.7. The second one is Vivitar 80-200mm 1:4.5 Macro focusing zoom. The third is Star-D Auto 1:2.8 135mm. This last one is Tamron 70-210mm 1:3.8-4. I'll give 50 points to best answere!!!!
makes a difference what mount they are
the tamron is worth something the others are not really well known for quality
try searching them on ebay

I have a very good condition Konica Hexanon 40mm f/1.8 expertly converted to 4/3 mount. I used the lens with the 4/3 to m4/3 adapter and it worked great but my old tired eyes are just not up to manual focusing. I would like to get what I have invested in the lens which is $125. I have a few feedback here and extensive (90+) feedback on FM under the same user name.
