I am looking for a PCT-100 Minolta flash adapter or a FS-1100 flash shoe adapter for a Minolta Maxxum 5D camera. Where can I find one?
They exited the business, but Sony took it over. Here is the article:

Bottom line you should still find what you are looking for. Try Ritz, Ebay or specialty stores. Good luck!

Seagull SC-5 Hot Shoe Flash Adapter to PC and Standard Hot Shoes ...
I wonder why someone would be with the version of the Sony 15x for the price? I use this on my A350 Alpha heat lamps mono (Flashpoint II 620M and 320M Flash Point II). It does so perfectly, both with a PC cable (in addition to the adapter top, he has a PC output) and a wireless trigger Flashpoint. I know someone who also uses a pocket wizard. Bottom line. . . He did a good job, and it’s very cheap. Rating: 5 / 5
Bought this for a Minolta Maxxum 4, so that I can use multiple flashes with the camera. The first was defective, but was immediately replaced. Beware, they will not work with Minolta Maxxum Series 4.5 at all. Can not be sure of other models, but it does not work with them. Further it is the great subject. Gave me a friend and it worked well with his camera. Rating: 4 / 5
Sony made a lot of things to write in the digital SLR, but the Minolta hot-shoe mount can be a real pain when working in a studio and try to shoot a bunch of studio Sony blixtar.Den respond to a price high. . . This version is simpler, smaller, cheaper and equally effective. Easy to use, widely accepted (so far) and small (an earlier version had taken off in my cheek) was the best purchase I made this year Rating: 4 / 5
