Nikon D80 Camera

How do you create different folders with nikon D80 camera?
Say if i am on vacation and want to organize them into different categeories while on the camera?

Refer to page 105 in your D80 owner's manual. You can edit or create folders, but you must specify which folder the image files are to be saved before you take them.

Tip: If you have a question about any function, the easiest thing to do is think about what it is you would like to know and simply look it up in the index at the back of the owner's manual.

my dad wants to buy a nikon D80 of this man and he is going to see it today but he want to know how you can tell it the camera is real or fake?

I agree, your chore is to determine if the camera is stolen ... if the "man" has all the boxes, accessories and CD's then go for it. If it is the camera only with none of the components that come with a new camera, then it may well be stolen property.

I have a Nikon D80 camera but I lost the CD that came with it as a result I can't download pictures to my computer. Can anyone tell me where I can find the program(I think it is called project software) where I can download for free so that I can transfer pictures from my camera to my laptop? Thanks

That is not true. You can copy all the images from your D80 in many ways.

One is to just connect the camera to the computer using the USB cord supplied with the camera and use your file manager to copy all the image files to your computer

You can spend less than $10 and get a USB 2.0 card reader and copy the image files directly from the memory card.

Look on page 67 of your users manual and just read the instructions

I was thinking about getting him a photo album that he could put his pictures in, and put a picture of him and I on the cover. He already has a lot of lenses. Would the photo album he a good idea? I don't know much about cameras and he's Hugely into photography, what could i get for his nikon d80?

Another though would be to find a seminar on photography comming to your area. Ones like the Nikon school let you get your photos critiqued and lets you learn from top level photographers. Other seminalrs may let him shoot in a place or a type of photo he has wanted to learn how to do. Say portrait lighting or one of the wildlife seminalrs . You can find many listed in the back of photography magazines like shuterbug. Below are some examples
