is the nikon d80 capable of taking panoramic photos?
Don't forget to set your exposure manually when taking a series of photos for panoramic stitch. Otherwise your exposures may be different from frame to frame and you will have a devil of a time making it all look right. Alternately, you could make a panoramic crop from one picture.

I need a mid range telephoto lense for my Nikon D80 digital camera. I shoot sports indoors without a flash and need the F2.8 lense. But I also want to be able to take wider than normal shots of lets say. A complete wedding group in front of a alter inside. Any suggestions on a good photo lense?
Thanks
Tim

I am attending a club tonight and I want to use my camera, what is the best way to assure picture quality with out a flash or capturing images with out having grain(noise) or blurriness.
First of all, you'll need a pretty fast lens, f/2.8 or faster. Those tend to be very expensive. Another alternative is to shoot in aperture priority, largest aperture and highest ISO (not auto), in your camera's case 3200 (Hi.3) with boost. Ensure your noise reduction is on (camera menu) and watch your shutter speed. In aperture priority, the aperture you chose will be indicated in your viewfinder along with the shutter speed. Club lighting can be very dark and what light you do have unpredictable so mind your shutter speed. Anything below 1/60, you need to support. It would help if you had a VR lens, like the 18-200mm f/3.5-5.6 VR, the kit lens for that camera if you bought the combo is the 18-135mm f/3.5-5.6. That lens is not fast enough for what you want to do with it, but with your ISO on boost (in A mode, wide open at f/3.5, and watch your focal length it will stop down your aperture as you zoom increases, to f/5.6) and your noise reduction the noise should not be too bad, but it will be noticeable and is the only way to maintain a fast enough shutter speed to avoid camera shake, but you'll still want to support the camera well during shooting. That'll be the best you could do without a flash, or a fast lens.

I am using a nikon D80 on models with a 500watt light indoors. I dont use any flash at all. Should I get a flash exposure meter? Or is the built in light meter good enough? I usually just shoot manual 1/250 f7.1
If you are not using a flash why would you need a flash meter. If you are using a 500 watt hot light the cameras meter should be fine. The beauty of digital is that you can immediately review the shot. If you notice that it is off a little you can make adjustments.
Instead of having to take 2 photos side by side, i want a 3d attachment i can put on my SLR camera so i can take a photo in motion such as a flying bird, and then convert it to anaglyph on my pc. Is there anything available? Or just have to get an old vintage 3d 35mm camera?
There is a company that sells that ... I think Pooky has one.
