What is the difference between all of the Olympus Cameras?

I am shopping for a new digital camera and I am so confused on which one to get! I have narrowed it down to an Olympus Brand, but all of the camera's sound the same.

What is the difference between the FE series and the Stylus series?

I'm not entirely sure, but i think they each have different selections. I myself went with the stylus series. I bought the 850sw during the summer. It's a bit expensive, but it's a great camera. It's 8 mega pixels, and its shockproof up to 5 feet, waterproof up to 10 feet, and freeze proof up to(down to?) 14 degrees. I brought mine in the pool almost everyday during the summer, and the pictures came out great. The video quality is great too, but rather quiet. I'm guessing it's because they had to waterproof the mic, but when you upload them on the computer, you can just turn the volume up. It really is a great camera!

I use an Olympus voice reorder. How to convert its Wav files into a format that can run on all CD players?

I have an Olympus voice recorder. It records audio files in Wav format. They play perfect on the laptop. But I want to transfer the recordings onto CDs which can be run on any CD player. Can you tell me the procedure?

You cannot set the shutter speed on this camera. It looks like the camera display does not display the shutter speed nor the aperture.

    Olympus is still committed to the Four Thirds DSLR standard and will continue to develop it in tandem with its Micro Four Thirds mirrorless cameras, says the company's US DSLR product manager. In response to press speculation, John Knaur told dpreview.com: 'We still plan to develop full size DSLRs and both, side-by-side.'

    The PEN range addresses different needs, he said: 'With the P1 and P2, we were selling to existing DSLR users but with the launch of the E-PL1, we're expanding that to a group of people who feel disenfranchised. We found about 20% of digital camera buyers wanted better image quality but didn't want the size and weight of a traditional DSLR.'

    His comments are backed up by an official statement from Olympus Japan in response to suggestions that both systems might move over to a mirroless design: 'While [mirrorless Four Thirds] is possible from a technology standpoint, Olympus is committed to both the Four Thirds and Micro Four Thirds standards. In the future, you will continue to see new cameras based on both standards.'
