Digital Picture Album

I'd prefer a hardcover at a reasonable price. I would want to include many pictures of different sizes and some with captions. Thanks!!

I have used www.mypublisher.com and the results were very good! I'm a professional photographer and I was frankly pretty surprised that the book looked like a "real" book. That is, it looked as good as a book printed on an offset press.

I use "Adobe" and "Shutterfly Studio" albums. I also use "My Shutterfly" to upload pictures to the web ever since Yahoo discontinued doing this service.
It seems that whenever I delete or edit a pictures, say in Shutterfly Studio, things get messed up in the Adobe album or vice versa. The albums look for and cannot find the original location of pictures ??. There must be a n easy way to get around this! Why are they not independent entities? The web uploaded pictures are unaffected. Thanks for that.

I seem to have had a similar problem with almost every free storage site that came with a program that I used, I seem to have had the best luck with webshots, they've been around a long time and I never have a problem accessing my pics or copying them for another project.

I have a g-tec digital picture frame and the Ascent SD card. I have transfered the images to the DCIM folder 101HPIMG. When I go to put the card into the digital picture frame SD slot and chose the slideshow or even the album instead of viewing the pictures it shuts off. I don't get it. What am I doing wrong?

She's getting a digital camera for her birthday, I was trying to think of something she can do with the pictures on the computer, like the photo album makers, picture decorators and stuff...something she can catch on to and do herself.

Wow, she can make her own e- cards using digital pictures and she could use it for her personal use or post it on a site for people to subscribe for it.
Digital picture can be used for various purpose she can use it for the school projects - especially if she is a student of biology it would be of great use to her.
Get her Adobe Photoshop so that she can slowly learn the ways of imaging. She can make good use of that software.

for preparing wedding album

i usually use pics that i photograph of the wedding itself. that way it is more interesting and more real. for example, u can use the backround of a close up of the bouquet flowers she his holding with say her hand on it, or the wedding hall. i usually arrive early to take pics of different things in the hall so i can use. i think it makes the digital album 100% "their" wedding photos and not some pics that were downloaded from some other wedding or view!!
