Cowboy is only on Devil without a cause...but none of the other songs you listed are, they are all on different albums
Smokin& Drinkin is not a song on any of his albums

Why can't I find any tracks to download from Napster or Itunes from Kid Rock's Cocky album? I don't want to buy the entire album - I just want to download only "Picture" with Sheryl Crow.
Anyone know of any legal download sites where I can purchase this track?

i can't seem to get the exact title for kid rock's song all summer long
and also my carrie underwood picture shows up on my itunes on my computer but for some strange reason it will not sync to my ipod
Try doing a Wikpedia search for the both. Also make the album art edit to the one in the iTunes library not on the iPod. Then sync or drag/drop that copy into the iPod. That should solve your problem.
I think some are Cowboy, Devil Without a Cause, Only God Knows Why, Bawitdaba, picture and some from his new album.

Kid Rock Joins Zac Brown Band and Friends to Rebuild the Georgia ...
Zac Brown Band will host and perform at the Georgia Theatre benefit concert on Friday, October 30th at the Fox Theatre in Atlanta, GA. Joining the band on stage to perform songs from their album ‘ The Foundation ,’ their favorite covers, and new unreleased material will be:Kid Rock, Kellie Pickler, Little Big Town, Joey and Rory, Shawn Mullins, Oliver Wood, Angie Aparo and Aslyn. A DVD of the evening’s performances, directed by Darren Doane (who also shot the band’s “ Toes ” video), will go on sale nationwide in Spring 2010. All concertgoers will also receive a free copy of the DVD as a gift for purchasing tickets.
To raise additional money for The Georgia Theatre Rehabilitation Fund , the evening will also auction the following items:
-Signed guitars, one each from Kenny Chesney
