I've collected the albums and can't remember what i was going to do with them! Might have seen this on a craft show or in a magazine. Ideas?
Hi ! I recommend you use E.M. One of the innovative smallest album in the world sold as a kit that allows users to creat a handmade gift of memories with a professional look ...
It is a 1.4" Digital Photo ALbum with Keychain, USB 2.0 Rechargeable. The Keychain came with a mini disc, that will not work in my Mac because of the size of the physical disc, so I need to download software from somewhere.

As a dance team captain i would like to get little gifts for my team members throughout the season. Because i want to get the gift for each one, they need to be cheap. I would give them before/at competitions so motivating or good luck gifts are what i'm looking for. I'd also rather not buy the whole thing but create them. Things i've done in the past are:
decorated picture frames, bobby pin boxes
items with little notes
mini photo albums
i'd like something similar but fresh ideas please!
How about scrunchies, tote bags (pretty cheap at craft store), rubber stamps of dancers, dollar store cosmetic bag with lip gloss or nail polish?
Elegant sewn leatherette covers accented by brass corners
Photo Size: 5" x 7"
Capacity: 24 photos
Just curious. I saw in the mini-series Band of Brothers in their last episode "Points" that someone stole Hitler's photo album. I don't know the guys name but I am curious.
Some guy from Montana took it home. It surfaced when his grand daughter tried to sell it.
Read the book.
Just remembered...it was written by Steven Ambrose.
I'm trying to come up with christmas ideas - I am making quilts, cookbooks and mini photo albums for some people- I would like to come up with more crafty ideas for home-made presents. Any ideas?
Ok, some ideas. Well, you've already talked about a cookbook. Back in 2005 my family did a kind of computer cookbook disc. Basically just collected online recipes, mostly from Food Network's website, and placed them in various folders depending on the type of recipe. Some of the folder labels were things like Beverages, Breads, Fruit and Vegetables, etc. so you'd know what to expect to find in each folder. Gave the disks out as gifts. However, I did one for my second cousins that was a PDF 37 page cookbook that they could just as easily print the whole think off the computer and have it bound as a regular book.
Another idea would be to make your own candles. There's plenty of types you can make. Of course you've got the typical votives, pilars, and tapers, which can be jazzed up in a variety of ways (like multiple colors and fragences). And with gel wax you could also produce drinks and ice cream candles. You'll want to get a hold of some candle making books for ideas and instructions.
A gift that you could use in conjunction to the candles would be etched or painted glass. Get an etching or painting kit from a crafts store, along with the type of glass you want. Then just put some designs on the glass. The glass can then be a container for the candle (kinda like a jar candle), a holder for the candle (votive holder or candle stick type of thing) or something to place around the candle ond down on it's holder (kinda like a oil lamp's chimney). Or the glass doesn't have to be combined with a candle. You could etch/paint a mirror, drinking glass, desert dish, ect.
Think about cooking as a gift. No, not necessicarily you cooking things like cookiees and breads and then giving them as gifts. You can certainly do that, and it is a part of this suggestion. But also, think about making flavored oils and/or flavored vinegars. Make cookies in a jar, bread in a jar, cake in a jar. (In case you don't know, I'm talking about basically layering all the dry ingredients in the proper portions for however much the recipe makes up and give them both the jar and recipe so they can make it up themselves.) Make up jams/jellies and they can spread them on their breads. Homemade pasta may not keep as long as store bought, but you'll not only be giving them something you made but also they won't have to buy it themselves for a little bit. Make up some homemade pesto and give it to them for use in soups, pasta dishes, etc. Heck, any and all of these could be used with some others in this suggestion.
Make up some soaps. Craft stores sell stuff for making "designer" soaps at home. Books on making it, molds for making it, scents, etc.

Pioneer 5×7 Mini Photo Album, Assorted Colors
The album is as pictured and described (except-with no choice-it arrived in navy blue, instead of the pictured black-maybe it's my eyesight). I wanted this particular album; I wanted to copy something my Aunt had done. Imagine my dismay, when the confirmation email indicated that the $5.01 item (great price), had shipping and handling charges of $9.24, conveniently adding up to a nice round $14.25. I have been catalog and internet ordering for decades and have never been charged such an unreasonable fee for such a small item. My email questioning the charge was never answered and I will never order from "Farm & Home Supply Center" again.
