My First Birthday Photo Album

I need some help coming up with a name, I want it to be witty and catchy so everyone will want to go and look at my photos. The pictures that are in it is my birthday with a boat tour with whales, supper, and a romantic night at a hotel with my boyfriend. Hope someone can come up with something!

Or... The best day of the year

Is there any photo album you can make with music when you open it?
like those hallmark cards or something, but with a song you choose?

i don't know if it exists but i appreciate all answers or other suggestions! thanks!

not that i know of.. but.. you can buy one of those cards and either just paste the card to the inside and it will play, or pull out the elictrical parts from the card and wire it into the album.

My dad is turning 60 and we're throwing a HUGE surprise birthday party on Sat. All of his friends and family will be there and we told them not to bring gifts. I had an idea of creating a scrapbook with pictures of him with his friends and family. I was going to create an index in the front where people could look for their name and go to the page numbers where their pictures are, and write a message near their photo.
I never made a scrapbook before and the first couple of pages I made came out HORRIBLE. So then I bought a sketch book and pasted the scapbook paper in it and put pictures on top of that to look nice. This too looked tacky and bad.

Now, I only have 3 days so I thought about getting a regular photo album and puting an index in the front. Then putting everyone's pictures in it and putting blank sheets after each page so everyone can sign. Is this a good or bad idea? ANybody have any suggestions?

It is a good idea but you should decorate the pages . I don't mean that you actually draw and colour stuffs I mean you cut and paste pictures from magazines and make it interesting to look at the pictures of your family.

My boyfriend and I have been dating awhile but things have just gotten serious with the 'i love yous' and such. It's his birthday next week and I got him a photo album. I'm going to print off the few digital pictures of us and things we've done together that I have, with the idea that we can add more photos to it later. You know, as our relationship grows and all that :P Something sweet and a way of having tangible memories...

But I also got him a DVD that he wants, a flexible tripod for his new camera, and a quirky hilarious little stuffed animal cause he likes random odd things like that.

So what do you think- is the photo album TOO cheesy?

He insists that he doesn't want anything material, and all he wants is me for his birthday, which he is getting (it's a long distance relationship).

So? Good idea? Bad idea? Would you guys be touched if a girlfriend did that for you?

Well, when I first read the question, I was thinking a photo album might not be such a good gift. But you said you're in a serious relationship with him, so the photo album in turn becomes a useful gift and a useful item. I think it's perfectly fine in my mind.

I'm not sure which country you live in, but if you want there is an excellent Photobook option which is very inexpensive. It's a UK website, and I'm sure they post anywhere in the world.
