I am looking for photo album software that is free or open source for use with windows XP. Anyone know of any good ones??

Picasa is very good software. It allows you to organise photos into albums aswell as editing contrast, red eye, cropping an image, rotating an image and many other options (collages, CDs, videos from your photos, etc).
It is simalar to iPhoto on the Mac.
