Photo Album Set

On Flickr, you can do the following to prevent downloads:

1. Click on "Your Account" near the bottom of the page - any page.
2. Click on the "Privacy and Permissions" tab.
3. After "Who can download your stuff," click on "edit."
4. Select "Only you" and "Save."

Now, if someone tried to download your images, they can't do it. If they try a right click, they will only get a "spaceball" or blank page. If they try a screen capture, they can still do that, but they will only get a small, low resolution image that will not be of much value. If you are still concerned about that, go ahead and find out about watermarking your work. You can add text across the image at something like 20% opacity and it will work fine.

Can my photo albums (set private to friends only) ever appear on a NON-friend highlight section? OR can my friends' friend access my photo albums (set private to friends only) thru the highlights section? Thank you.

yes it's possible i am sure
just set your album's priority to your friends only so that your albums can only be viewable by your friends.
for this you have to set your album privacy settings by entering in settings and then privacy settings, or you can do this by entering in any album and then select album privacy.

we have a chatroom and we also have a forum, but i would like to put a photo album up so the chatters can post picturs of themselvs,please help me,i need to get this up and running soon!

Hi, this gets tricky. The issue is having to have multiple logins. Depending on your forum system, you may be able to get a database driver that will merge the logins... link below is to some free gallery software that is not too hard to install and has loads of features. It does take a while to set up how you want it, but thats half the fun.

Im using yahoo photos to host the pictures. it appears that the albums are placed in cronalogical order, oldest first. I'd like to reverse that order or be able to manually pick the default album.

yahoo360 is a beta product and i don't think they have this option right now, But I do have a suggestion, its a little tedious but that's the only way you can get what you want:
jus move the photos 4m the old albums to create new album in the order the one you want to be default as latest. You can move all the photos of an album at once and then delete the empty old one. So its not that bad. Hope this helps!!

I have various photo albums, but would like to select which one shows in the view of my page (and have the others as the drop down). Can I? How?

go into the preferences of your software and the choice SHOULD be there. good luck.?
