I asked SonicFan835 if i could make a photo album video like he did. And here it is. Enjoy :)

I would like to create a video for my child where I would like to show some pictures with text. A voice will spell the text. As example, when the picture of a tiger ( with text T I G E R) will be displayed a voice will narrate T-I-G-E-R, Tiger.
I have created such program in MIcrosoft Power Point but I unable to convert into video compatible.

YAKiToMe! http://www.yakitome.com is a free website that lets you upload text to their server along with a picture and the site will post the image and read the text aloud. They have many excellent high-quality voices from AT&T and it reads in different languages, too.

You can store lots of files and then retrieve them by sorting the results. It's got lots of cool features. Check it out.

I need a good song(s) to play when showing a video like photo album. The album is of 1 generation....My mom, dad, and bros....It just consist of vacation pics and stuff. I would like it to flow with the pictures, y'know? not just some random song.

I think you can do that on flickr.com or Photobucket.com. I am sure there are others but I can't think of them right at this point.

well, i certainly suggest http://ww.flickr.com for storing and sharing photos and videos as well as editing photos (through http://www.picnik.com integration). as for editing videos online, i would suggest http://www.jumpcut.com.

both flickr and jumpcut are sister sites of yahoo.
