i am wanting to buy a new laptop to use with digital camera photos and graphic art work.

Almost 100 percent of professional graphic art work is done on Apple Macintosh computers. They sell two lines of great laptop computers. The iBook is designed more for personal/home use. The PowerBook is designed for the professional graphic artists. Both are great options but the iBook is significantly less expensive.

I've had my iBook for a year and a half now and haven't regretted it for one second.

I am not satisfied with the detail quality of my webcam as I use this to show art works over the net on skype.

aww... i doubt...

this is a question of compatibilty, and no camera has been designed to take the task of being DIRECTLY used for skype :-) not even the software provided for digital cameras have this option...

the only way is the classic way - take a photo, save it on your disk, transfer to a photo hosting site, and send to a friend, is all i know...

i understand your need for better quality for getting yourself seen even from across the country using skype... who wouldn't want to see their loved ones even clearly and in the fastes way possible...

I'm seeing many people ask what's the best camera to buy. They talk about image quality. I saw one man complain that his wife's point and shoot took better photos then his large SLR. Did this man even know how to even use the SLR beside having it on auto?

So my question is ... Do you really think the Camera whether it's a Nikon or a Olympus or point and shoot. If you are good your good. If you don't know how to use the Nikon what good will it do you? If you don't have an eye for art how will you take a good photo?

I have a Samsung VLUU digital camera and was told that it has a variety of functions including a MP3 player and Clip art photo edit function. It also has many options for photo shoot and a Travel guider.

But I am finding that I am not getting great focused shots, especially when flash is turned off. If I turn flash on, pictures often are too bright. Any one have any tips on how to use the VLUU best?

Look for the VLUU on the Samsung website.
