I have a cell phone ( SonyEricsson G900 with 5 MigaPixel Camera) but it is not very good in photo's quality.
Now, I want to know if there is any software or option to improve its photo quality.

The cameras in phones are basically just pin hole cameras. They take softer images and you will never get the crisp, sharp pictures a regular camera offers. This is a prime example of megapixels having nothing to do with quality, it's only the size of an image. No matter how a good a program professes to be,nothing can add detail that is not there to give you better pictures. A camera in your phone is for convenience, not quality images.

I noticed that a many people use their camera-phones to take pictures. How often do you bring your camera-phone to a commercial photo shop to have the image printed ?

I have my own digital camera (8mp) so I don't print photos from my phone. There is this small photo shop in my city that caters only to phone photos. I see a lot of people lining up to get their phone photos printed. But I am not sure if this is only a fad or temporary thing. You know how Filipinos are, they see something unusual or cute, they tend to buy it out of curiosity (ingit or jealous) and after a month or so they get feed up with it.

i have the k800i phone. i been trying to sent my son a photo of me to him in the USA by Email. but at frist it come back as to big need to cut it down to 500kb as that photo was took with my 3mp phone camera. so iv just took the camera down to the VGA on the phone it come back to big need to be 600pixels. how do i get it to down to that.

Go ahead and take the picture at the highest resolution. On your computer, find a program from www.download.com that will convert the file for your. Irfanview is very good and free. Just tell the program to convert the file to lower resolution (like 400x300 or something).
