My Canon PowerShot A520 digital camera came with its own software but my computer came with Photo Album 6 (basic).
So, which is better for use with my digital camera software - Corel Photo Album 6 or Canon's PhotoStitch/Zoom Browser/PhotoRecord,etc.

Digital camera data recovery software recovers deleted photos pictures snaps from memory card compact flash card even after the format of disk.
I am looking for file recovery software that I can select to specifically recover the photos that were uploaded onto my computer with my digital cameras. I need to be able to specifically select that only those files be recovered because otherwise thousands of pictures that were just saved on my computer from the internet, etc. will be recovered, and I don't want those. I just want my personal photos. If you know a software like this, please let me know! Thanks!

I have a Casio Exilim camera, and I'm looking for some really good software where I can do a lot of editing with the pictures. What do you suggest?
Adobe Photoshop. I work at a newspaper and that is what we use to adjust all the photos I take. There are many versions of this program like 5.0, 6.0, 7.0 and CS2 and etc. Depending on what kind of editing you want to do the 5.0 would be less expensive to purchase than like the CS2. HINT: the better photos you take the less adjusting you will need to do, that's what my editor always tells me.

I had bought on eBay a quite funny little 0.1 megapixel CMOS toy digicam Technaxx X2 3in1 , which has no screen and stores 18 grainy photos (resolution 320*240 CIF) or enormous
10 seconds of video in internal RAM (no flash ROM, i.e. empty battery erases all pictures). There is even a mode with only half that photo resolution (176*144 pixels QCIF) for up to 72 photos and you can even use it as a webcam (with stand) at the same resolutions. The thing runs on a single AAA battery and draws relatively high standby current to supply the "1M*16b" (i.e. 2 megabyte?) SDRAM, so it is recommended to transfer the photos to the PC soon after use and then take the battery out to avoid battery leak. The camera is fully automatic, has an optical viewfinder, a beeper, a small 2 digit LCD and no flash. The USB cable has a special plug, so do not loose it. The photos look... eh impressionistic?...
