Photo Camera Rental

While driving a rental car I think I got caught in Photo Enforced Camera. In this case who will get the ticket or fine or points?
Secondly how to pay?
The location is in California USA
My driver licence was out of state now I have moved to California and have CA driver licence. In this case what will happen as I no longer stay at my old residence.

The rental company will get the ticket, they will charge it to your credit card however.

I am looking to rent a camera to take photos at a wedding. I need a digital one with a telephoto lens. Anyone know of any camera rental places that aren't too expensive?

I'm getting married in November 2009 and I wanted to rent a photo booth for the reception. I'm a fun, quirky person so it matches perfectly with my personality. My only concern is that they are about $1000-1200 for three to four hours. Is this normal? And does anybody have companies that they can suggest. I thought about doing the disposable cameras all around the reception but I like the idea of a photo booth better. I'm in the Louisville, KY area. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

We went to a wedding that the bride and groom had a camera and table set-up with polaroid photos, a scrap book and pens and markers. People took photos of each other and entered them into the scrapbook themselves with a little message.

Not only that, they took 13 pictures of themselves!

Be thankful, that you got the camera back. You forgot the camera, they did not take on the sly. If the camera memory has not been formatted, recovery of the lost photos could be possible. Ask the Car Rental office guys to pay for the recovery of the photos.

Also would suggest that you request the police to take cognisance of the happening so that the Car rental guys can't deny anything. Also keep the head office of the agency informed through your attorney.

I live in California and recently visited Sioux Falls. I received a $86 fine in the mail that showed a photo of my rental car making an illegal right on red. It seems to me that rather than placing better traffic signs they put in this camera system to generate revenue. What are the legal ramifications of ignoring the fine?

Most likely, they will submit the unpaid debt to a collections agency, which will have a negative affect on your credit rating. By the time they do that, there will be court costs added, and the amount will probably increase significantly.
