Unfortunately you can't. Unless it specifically denotes in the camera specs that it can be used as one, you will be unable to use it as a web cam. Basically, the camera requires too much power to be run solely through something like a USB connection, so it wouldn't work.

Batteries may be fully charged, but will be viewed as low if contacts are not really good. The LCD display is a low steady load, but when lens extension, optical zoom, focus, and flash charging are added in the capture mode; the load is very heavy.
