My cousin bought me a Vivitar ViviCam 5350s Digital Camera, it worked for a few days then stopped. I don't know why. The battery is chargeable, and so I charged it, and the charger light stays red and doesn't turn green. I looked everywhere for a charger and a battery, that could be the problem I guess. Does anyone know where I can find one?

It keeps turning off when im trying to use it. Battery symbol is howing in top right hand corner as 3/4 full. Only been using it for a wk on AAA long life batterys. Help!!

I have a Viacam camera from argos. Same thing was happening to me. These cameras use up batteries really quickly.

my cousins tell me that you have to make a cd and insert pictures in it. after that they tell me to insert it in the disc slot or disk drive (or whatever you call it) in the developeing machines such as the kodak picture maker.)then you just choose the pictures you want.) is that true? (if not tell me how to develope the pictures from the vivitar vivicam 35 digital camera)
Since that model has no removable media to record your images on your cousins are correct you have to create a CD with the jpg images on it. Since the camera only stores 8Megs of images you can store a lot of them on a single CD. I would recommend that you store and view the pictures on your computer and then burn the ones you want to print to a CD. Or you can use on of the online developer websites and upload your images there and pick the ones you want to make prints of.
We have the opportunity to "win" this camera as a gift (among other possible gifts). We're considering it for our 13 yr old, whose previous camera doesn't work. I was only able to find one review for it online, and the reviewer said it was a really inferior product. But I don't want to base our decision on just one person's opinion. Has anyone purchased this camera? Do you have any thoughts about it, good or bad? Is it worth owning?
I'm not too familiar with the specific model, but I can tell you that Vivitars in general are very poor cameras. Very bad picture quality, not very durable. It's definitely not a brand I'd recommend for a child, even a 13 year-old. I'd recommend a Kodak before I'd recommend a Vivitar.
it came with a disk but i lost it and im trying to find a program that i can download on the internet for free. if you can be of ANY help that would be great!
thanx!
go to the hompage... they probably have the software available for people who ought their product.
