Vivitar Digital Camera Software

Can somebody give me a direct link to a site to download the software? I have tried the support page, i have googled it a thousand times. my computer cant read cds for some reason. can just somebody give me a good link to the software i can download.

i have the same problem. If someone answers your question please show me how to do it.

That software disk that the vivitar mini digital camera comes with, what is it called?

They're called "drivers", all hardware (printers, scanners, cameras, etc) need drivers in order to communicate with the computer.

The software usually comes with the hardware on a CD, although a lot of hardware will work if it's just plugged into the computer because windows already has the "generic" drivers. I don't think it is supported any longer.

I have no idea who the original manufacturer of this particular camera was because I have an identical one except it's not a Vivitar, it's an Xtech, and I've seen them in stores with at leas half a dozen different names. You could contact Vivitar:

I lost the cd that came with it, and I got a new computer, and I cant download my pictures without the software. Its the really small keychain digital camera. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP!!

I don't see Vivitar Mini listed, but if you have a model number you should be able to get what you need here:

Hi all Im wondering if anyone can help me.. I have lost my software for my digital camera the Vivtar Vivicam 5100 5.0 mega pixels it went missing around the time of the katerina hurrican... any way does anyone know if i can download it or where i can get one with out having to buy a new camera or if any one out there has one.. can you email me the program.. thanks hope some one can help

I have Windows Xp and the sites the 2 other members sent me all i seen was for windows 98 nothing for XP I did try useing the USB plug and it gave me an error..
if anyone is out there that can help please help i cant use my camera as a web cam.. and it has in the book that it can be used at a pc cam.. some one please.. help..
