Boudoir Wedding Photography

Does anyone know of a photographer in the Ann Arbor Michigan area that does boudoir/nude photography? I'm interested in doing something as a gift for my husband on our wedding anniversary.

Because of the issue of privacy since you don't want any photographer leering at you, why not borrow someone's digital camera, set it on a tripod with the timer set up and take your own boudoir photo. And of course, a full length mirror placed just behind the camera will guide your poses. Find a room with some sort of overhead open roof or large side window opening or a private courtyard to provide sufficient lighting of these pictures. Once taken, process the digital pictures yourself at a self-serve photo setup say at KMart, etc. and place the pictures in place of the centerfold of a major adult magazine, such as Playboy. Again, the nice thing of doing this kind of self-portrait is that you never have to worry about the type of poses or level of eroticism contained in these photos since only you and your husband will view these wonderful anniversary pictures.

Bridal Boudoir photography from Chris Chambers Photography

My wife and I just celebrated our 10th wedding anniversary. After going out for dinner we came home to exchange our gifts. She surprised the hell out me by presenting me with a album of boudoir and nude photographs of herself. They were taken by the husband of a girl she works with. They range from bra and panties to completely nude. One set had her legs open.

I've met the photographer a couple of times at her work parties. I know he's a professional but I also know this isn't the kind of work he typically does. My wife said besides the photographer, his college aged assistant (male) and my wife's coworker were present.

The pictures were for the most part tasteful (nothing really x-rated) but I was a little upset that she was naked for the better part of two hours with two men looking at her. She says she did to preserve what she looks like before it gets too late and she thought I would like it.

What do you think? Was this totally inappropriate or something I should relax and be proud of (like she says I should do)?

If he's anything of a photographer he should know how to act professionally.
specially if his own wife was present
besides look at it this way. she got naked for total stangers for near to 2 hours to please YOU and no one else (unless you find them in next months playboy of course)
be proud of her not many women woudl go to such lenghts for their husband
