I am going to post this Jewish Wedding in two parts. There was so much action going on during the Jewish wedding reception that I think it deserves it’s very own post! The Jewish dancing is just amazing. The Jewish wedding ceremony took place at the Edgware United Synagogue in North London. As this was an Orthodox wedding it means that the couple have never touched eachother - not even held hands before. They where such a sweet couple and looked so happy on the day! I think the documentary style coverage really lends itself to a lot of black and white. I was second shooting with a Jewish wedding photographer, Itamar of Simcha Photography. He has been shooting Jewish celebrations including weddings and Bar and Bat Mitzvahs for 15 years. Itamar was up at the front covering the ceremony traditions in and around the Chuppah and I was able to move around the Synagogue taking photojournalistic shots and a great wide shot from the very top looking down...
