My friend had a wonderful wedding package in Maui but the one thing that went wrong was that the photographer the company provided took really awful pictures. How much would it cost to get a good outsourced photographer to a beach wedding for a couple dozen shots?
You are looking at around $2000 to get the photographer there and then what ever they charge for prints.

The wedding of Jackie & Jeffrey at the Fairmont Kealani was simply beautiful. The couple traveled from San Clemente, California for their Maui wedding. Jackie and Jeffrey, who didn’t see each other before the ceremony, had each written a letter for the other that was delivered just moments before the ceremony. When Jackie read the letter silently, everyone in the room could see her serene happiness and appreciation for her soon-to-be husband. The feeling was mutual for Jeffrey; his appreciation was clear from the look in his eyes when he saw his bride for the first time.
And Jackie was a breathtaking bride! Jackie had such a calm and sweet energy to her from the moment we arrived in her hotel room. Talented make-up artist, Jessica Waite did a fabulous job in bringing out even more of her beauty!
The ceremony was performed on the lawn overlooking the ocean, with family photographs immediately afterward. While watching the sun go down, guests enjoyed cocktails and appetizers — meanwhile the couple snuck away with us for some photos. Jackie paddles for an outrigger canoe club in Southern California, so she had a great idea to take some photos in a canoe on the beach. We then headed up to the lobby mezzanine where their guests were happy to greet them. They had one long table to seat everyone, which made the dinner intimate and special. The day was truly amazing!
