I need a wedding photographer/photojournalist for my Lake Las Vegas wedding?
New website: http://www.andreasfeusi.ch

I have a budget but I want the photos to be AMAZING. I have been researching a lot but I would prefer some advice from someone who has actually used someone that they just loved. Also maybe someone who has experience at Lake Las Vegas. Thank you!!

OK, I don't personally know anything about Las Vegas, but I know where you can find out! Register with theknot.com, it is free, and go to the "Community" forum for that area, see what the brides there would recommend. That way you get a better concentration of people for a specific geographic area who are interested in the same thing. If you look, one of the first posts recommends a Todd, from Bentley and Wilson.

Looking for a wedding photographer?
(Untitled)

Does anyone know where I could find an experienced photojournalist-style wedding photographer that is just looking to travel for free? My wedding will be in Australia, tentatively December 2009. I would pay for travel expenses. Just looking around at this point.

a friend of mine is a photographer and takes awesome pictures. His name is eric and his website is www.jehphotography.com. check him out. i'm sure he'd love to go to australia.

How difficult is the life of a professional digital photographer?
Laos_DSC3752.jpg

And I'm referring to photographers who work on a regular basis (A photojournalist. A portorit photographer. A wedding photographer. etc.) What are some aspects (both positive & negative) of being a digital photography that most people don't realize? Details=10.

The best aspect is doing something that you love. The worst aspect is the competition. Being a professional photographer is not easy, and it's a career made more difficult by an extremely saturated market.

Who is a full time photographer? what kind of photography do you do?
Laos_DSC3763.jpg

Who fully supports them self with photography and how do you do it? Do you work for a company? are you free lance? are you self employed?

What kind of photographer are you: wedding, landscape, photojournalist, studio, etc.

I'm self-employed, and I do weddings and lifestyle photography for the bulk of my work. I do get some jobs doing events like corporate parties, fashion shows, and some theater photography.

As a hobby, I do landscape and nature stuff. It's my first and true love, but it's considerably harder to make a good living at it! I sell a nice nature photo here and there, but it's more for my own enjoyment than anything else. :)
