Wedding Photo Shoot

I am planning to take my wedding photos in 2008 and will like some suggestions on unusual outdoor locations for my photo shoot. I don't want to go to the usual places like the beaches on Sentosa. Any good suggestions is much appreciated.

1)The Old supreme court and the Old parliament house
2)Changi village near to the jetty and the park
3)Oosh restaurant at Dempsey road where the greenary are so beautiful it can be mistaken to be a spa resort
4) Botanic garden
5) The little chapel at Singapore Changi Prison?

This is all I found on the web about it....A photographer from Disneys Photographic Services will take you around the Magic Kingdom, Epcot, MGM, or the resort of your choice on your own private photo shoot! Images of surprise meetings with Disney Characters, buying balloons on Hollywood Boulevard, holding hands in France, or kissing at Cinderellas Castle are a few of the photographic possibilities. In-park photo sessions are scheduled before the parks opens to the public. You can even wear your wedding gown! Included in the package are twenty color photographs in an album with Cinderellas Castle on the cover.

Nope! You don't have to get married there in order to use the package you mentioned. Just call the number you found on the website and you can schedule the photoshoot. A "honeymoon" photo session like that runs between $300 and $500 (I was looking into it at one point as well) Hope that helps! :)

I am just starting out in photography and am shooting my first wedding in a few weeks. I want to look professional, but also be comfortable.
Ok, this is a wedding of a friend of mine. We have gone to the same church for years. They are on a budget, and cannot afford even the cheapest wedding photographer locally. They came to me and asked if they paid me a small amount, would I do their wedding photos. They both know this will be the first wedding I have done, as the photographer and are okay with that. We have already met up and discussed the order of the ceremony and what photos she wants specifically, aside from the standard ones, and no, I do not have a "seasoned pro" assisting me. I just wanted ideas on what to wear.

It will depend on the wedding. If the wedding is formal then you need to dress formally, in a nice dress.
If it's semi-formal then a nice pants suit would be appropriate.

The rule of thumb should be that you never dress lower then the guests. You should always dress at the same level.

Hi all,

Any suggestions on where would be a nice location to take pre-wedding photos in Vietnam?
It will not be a wedding. We are having a overseas photo shoot.

We have not settled on the city yet but it might probably be Hanoi.

if your near dalat, then try "pren" [i think thats how its spelled] is a nice park with waterfalls etc, near nha trang, try "ba ho"..real nice..i found a beautiful park in sai gon..not dan sen [ which is also very nice] but i cant think of the name ..will get back to you.. there are a thousand nice places ,natural like ha long, and man made like" nha tho duc ba"[ the cathedral in sai gon]..i'll get back to you soon...

I plan to have my wedding photo shoot in Melaka. can any one recommend me any place with nice sceneries?
I am not particularly fond of the red church, or the beach.
are there golf resorts/clubs with nice sceneries tat i can use?
any other suggestions are appreciated :)

try the old building near chongker streets and near the rivers. a view at the star ship port would be nice.
